Delivery.

  • All delivery charges are included within the prices, however these charges are for mainland Britian only. Please contact to arrange a quote for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all international deliveries.
  • All items will be sent using Royal Mail special delivery and will require a signature for proof of delivery. Therefore please try to provide an address which is most suitable for a signature to be taken. It is your responsability to take delivery of sent items, if they are returned to The Robert Bird Gallery we will arrange redelivery at you additional cost.
  • In any event the delivery charges are, apart from damaged or wrong goods always non-refundable.
  • Any information provided, delivery details, names, sizes and any words for engraving, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are correct. We will not be held liable for any losses or mistakes that occur due to wrong information.

 


Returns.

 

  • Please check goods on delivery, under our 10 day money back guantee, if your goods arrive faulty, damaged or different to what was specified in the order, we will give a full refund provided that the goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by Royal Mail special delivery, within 10 days of you having recieved them back to The Robert Bird Gallery. If you do not inform us within 10 days we accept no responsibility for any goods which are said to be damaged, faulty, or specified incorrectly.
  • If the goods are damaged or faulty, once we have recieved the broken item(s) we will replace the same item(s) at our expense, and no more postage and packaging expenses will be incurred.
  • Any jewellery items which react to your skin are non returnable but we can offer free advice on what to do if this occurs.
