Orders are subject to acceptance and are in accordance with these terms and conditions.

To order any goods you must be at least 18 years of age.

All card transactions are conducted through a 3rd party service provider and we do not at anytime have access to your card details.

The web site, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

By clicking the Confirm Order button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

Each clause or any part of this agreement is to be regarded as independent of the others. This means that should any clause or any part at all of this agreement be found to be enforceable or invalid it will not affect the enforceability or validity of the rest of this agreement.

We reserve the right to vary our terms and conditions at any time and such variation takes effect when they are posted on the website.

Please ensure that you read and understand all of these terms and conditions before you purchase anything from the Robert Bird Gallery.

All products will be displayed, and the details given will be as accurate as possible however due to the goods all being handmade there may be slight variances within the products. The images displayed may not be the actual size. All sizes, weights, and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.

The Robert Bird Gallery reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion. Due to the increase of fraudulent credit card transactions we reserve the right to refuse the supply of any goods or to ask for further proof of identity. If we do suspect a fraudulent transaction we cannot be held responsible for late or non delivery of any items.

The Robert Bird Gallery does not accept any responsibility for any website not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or any links to our site.

Please check the goods on delivery, under our 10 day money back guarantee, if your goods arrive faulty, damaged or different to what was specified in the order, we will give a full refund provided that the goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by Royal Mail special delivery, within 10 days of you having received them back to the Robert Bird Gallery. If you do not inform us within 10 days we accept no responsibility for any goods which are said to be damaged, faulty or specified incorrectly.

If the goods are damaged or faulty, once we have received the broken item we will replace the same item at our expense, and no more postage and packaging expenses will be incurred.

We try to ensure that all product descriptions, pictures, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon the discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order.

Any custom designs cannot be returned unless they fail to meet the criteria agreed upon or are damaged

No earrings can be returned due to health and safety reasons unless they are damaged upon delivery or the wrong specification, in which case they should not be worn.

No custom designs or rings which are made to size can be cancelled once the order has been placed, and they can not be returned unless they are damaged or do not meet the criteria agreed upon with the designer.

No rings may be returned if you have measured your ring size incorrectly. Any resizing which needs to be done, payment from the customer will be expected before any work is carried out. We can provide a basic ring sizer; however these are not always accurate but we can recommend alternatives on request. We do recommend that you measure your ring size at several times of the day to ensure an accurate reading.

Any items which react to your skin are none returnable but we can offer free advice on what to do if this does occur.

All prices are shown and payment must be made in Pounds Sterling and include VAT (where applicable). These prices will exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise. You will be advised of delivery charges before completing checkout. Items cannot be collected in person, the delivery charges will always apply.

We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information you provided.

Any delivery charges quoted are for mainland Britain only. Please contact us to arrange a quotation for the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all international deliveries.

All items sent will be sent using Royal Mail Special delivery and will require a signature for proof of delivery. Therefore please try to provide an address which is most suitable for a signature to be given. It is your responsibility to take delivery of sent items, if they are sent back to the Robert Bird Gallery we will arrange redelivery at your additional expense. In any event the delivery charges are, apart from damaged or wrong goods always non-refundable.

Any information you provide, delivery details, names, sizes and any words for engraving are your responsibility to ensure that they are correct. We will not be held liable for any losses or mistakes that occur due to wrong information.
